Many companies make supply chain decisions that create artificial constraints in their manufacturing systems. These decisions in the supply or demand stream of the business can isolate the manufacturing operations and reduce the efficiency of thier very expensive manufacturing organization.  These constraints are the effect linear silo-ed thinking processes in traditional manufacturing organizations.  An integrated use of DMEDI and DMAIC methodologies can minimize/eliminate the effects of these decisions.

APICS Triangle Chapter is pleased to welcome the ASQ to meet jointly with us this month.
