Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have 3 - 5 years experience. Strong leadership and communications skills and analytical skills in interpreting historical and current data through a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods are required. Candidates must have the ability to create forecast models based on various market trends, and must be familiar with materials and inventory management systems (MPS, MRP methodologies, QAD ERP experience, and Forecast Management software experience). Successful candidates will have the ability to work effectively under stress and in high energy environments, and must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Possession of a Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university with major coursework in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management. Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in demand planning and or supply chain planning. Three years experience in the role of production planner, master scheduler, or master scheduling manager. Three years hands on practical experience working with QAD. Experience creating complex statistical and financial analyses and reports. Experience defining, implementing, and testing QAD system enhancements to increase productivity and improve the forecasting / demand management process.

Duties: This position is responsible for defining, implementing, and testing QAD system and Demand Solutions system enhancements to increase productivity and improve the forecast/demand management process. Incumbents will implement supply chain improvement initiatives, such as customer specific forecasting, collaborative planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
