Cancellation and Refund Policy


The APICS Triangle Chapter Cancellation/Refund Policy differs according to the event type. Please read the cancellation and refund policy below according to the type of event you are attending.

Professional Development Events (evening)

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts. 


Education Classes, Seminars and Other Programs


Full refunds will be provided for cancellation 7 days or more before the event start date. A 50% course fee will be apply within 7 days of the event start date. Once the program commences and before the 2nd class starts, a student who cancels the class will not receive a refund but may transfer the registration fee to another session within a year from the cancellation date. After the 2nd class starts, no refund shall be provided. Material fee will not be refunded if course material is opened. 


Processing a Cancellation/Refund


Click on the sign-up link for the event and from the Reservation dropdown select "Cancel". Your cancellation is immediate.
